After last year’s hugely successful showcase, Road to Rajadamnern returns to Melbourne on Saturday, November 15th, as part of Your Stories Never End: Road to Rajadamnern x Rebellion at the Melbourne Pavilion.
This year’s event will once again be more than a fight night — it’s a full-day Muaythai festival celebrating Thai culture, cuisine, and the sport’s rich heritage. Attendees will experience authentic Thai food from Dodee Paidang, cultural booths and performances presented in partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and an incredible day of Muaythai action spanning every level of the sport.
The day begins with the Muaythai Victoria Amateur Showcase, featuring fighters from the youngest age divisions through to adult amateurs — showcasing the complete Muaythai pathway from grassroots to professional competition.
The action continues with the Keady Formwork Roots Eliminator, spotlighting a new generation of professional fighters aiming to make their mark and earn a future Rebellion opportunity.
The evening will feature the Road to Rajadamnern showcase bouts, where three of the four winners will earn a trip to Thailand to compete at the Road to Rajadamnern Final at Rajadamnern Stadium, the world’s first Muaythai stadium, on December 26th.
Featured Road to Rajadamnern Bouts:
- Taksinlek vs Damien “Singkhao” Alamos
- Daniel Matthews vs Jake LookNungUbon
- Joanne “The Lioness” La vs Maria Eduarda
- Ardeshir Shafie vs Eli Evitt
A celebration of Muaythai’s past, present, and future — this is one event not to be missed.
