Established in 2011 in Melbourne with the intent of developing the Victorian Muaythai athletes and competition scene, REBELLION MUAYTHAI has grown to be recognised as the leading Australian Muaythai brand with global recognition in the industry. REBELLION MUAYTHAI consistently hosts 3 to 4 shows a year, not only featuring the top Thai boxers from Australia, but showcases International stars such as Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, Saemapetch Fairtex, Yodkhunpon, Jakub Benko, and more.
In 2016, having established REBELLION MUAYTHAI as premier promotion for elite competitors, we launched our sub-brand, ROOTS MUAYTHAI which showcases the new generation of fighters who aim to gain the experience and exposure to one day compete on our main REBELLION MUAYTHAI promotions. ROOTS MUAYTHAI events generally run in the sub time format under professional, introducing new teams, fighters and gyms to the sport of Muaythai and our promotion. ROOTS MUAYTHAI has a unique brand identity feel that establishes a very positive and friendly atmosphere, ideal for those having their first interaction with live combat sports.
